BuenaVida is a fully vegan restaurant on the first floor of the Fañabé Plaza shopping centre in Costa Adeje. The menu leans Italian: lasagne with soy ragù and a homemade cashew béchamel, beetroot risotto with cashew cream cheese, and a caprese made with house-made plant mozzarella and Canarian tomatoes.
There is also a paella with Heura and meatballs made from pea protein. To drink, they offer their own kombucha, natural wines and Canarian craft beers, and gluten-free bread is available on request. Tables are by reservation.
