It depends on the attraction, there is no single figure. The Mai Thai River, the 1 km lazy river, is at 24°. Coco Beach, the wave pool of over 1,000 m², is between 26 and 28°. These are the figures the park itself publishes on each attraction's page.
What are the opening hours?

Open 365 days a year. In summer, from 1 May to 29 October, 10:00 to 18:00 Monday to Sunday. In winter, from 30 October to 30 April, 10:00 to 17:00.
How much does it cost, and is there a resident price?

There is no single price, because there are several ticket types. A general day ticket is €48 for adults (12 and over) and €36 for children aged 3 to 11; 0 to 2 is free. With Canary residence the general ticket drops to €24 for adults and €17 for children, exactly half in the adult's case. Siam Night costs the same as the day ticket (€48/€36, or €24/€17 for residents), and Siam Day & Night is €78/€57, or €39/€28 with residence. You are asked for proof of residence on entry. Prices checked on the park's booking platform in August 2026.
How do you get there without a car?

The park runs its own free double-decker shuttle buses, picking up daily in Las Américas (Calle Llanos de Troya, Best Tenerife, CC Presidente), Los Cristianos (CC Pasarela, Sol Arona) and Costa Adeje (CC TheDukeShop, CC Fañabé Plaza, Villa Adeje Beach). The first pick-ups are between 08:55 and 09:05, the last ones around 13:00-14:00 depending on the stop. Times depend on traffic.
How do you get there by car, and what does parking cost?

Take the TF-1, exit 73 or 74 coming from Santa Cruz, exit 73 from Adeje. Parking costs €7 and places are limited.
What is included in the ticket?

Sun loungers, tubes, life jackets and umbrellas are included, as are the changing rooms, showers and WiFi throughout the park. Lockers, towels and parking are paid separately.
Where do you buy the Fast Pass?

Careful here, because the park does not say the same thing on its two pages: the tickets page warns that Fast Passes can only be bought inside the park, at authorised sales points; the services page says the Fast Pass Unlimited is available online and at the ticket office. The safe assumption is that you will buy it there on the day. Either way, neither the Limited nor the Unlimited pass gives priority on the Tower of Power or the Mai Thai River, and neither includes park admission.
