Solis Restobar
A restobar in Costa Adeje with a fully gluten free menu, including the bread, the beer and the desserts. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from eleven in the morning until midnight, and closes on Mondays. The format is a bar with a kitchen rather than a formal restaurant, with a good atmosphere and dishes to share.

Costa Adeje has plenty of places to eat and few that serve a coeliac without conditions. Solis solves it directly: the whole menu is gluten free, so bread, beer and dessert arrive just as they would at any other table. There is no parallel menu and no dishes marked with an asterisk.
The place works as a bar with a kitchen, with sharing dishes and long hours, eleven in the morning to midnight from Tuesday to Sunday. It closes on Mondays.
