Mirador de San Bartolo, also known as Mirador del Salto del Enamorado, sits in the municipality of Puntallana in north-eastern La Palma, on the hillside of La Galga. It stands at about 439 metres above sea level, above a crag of the Barranco de Nogales, and offers one of the widest panoramas of the island's eastern side. It also belongs to the island network of astronomical viewpoints.

From the platform the view opens in several directions: to the east lie the blue of the Atlantic and the northern ravines, while to the north, south and west rise green slopes where the laurel forest belt begins, dotted with houses and cultivated plots. The viewpoint belongs to the island network of astronomical viewpoints and is therefore also used for night-sky observation.

The site carries a romantic and tragic legend that accounts for the second name by which it is known. Access is by the LP-2 road heading north to Puntallana, then turning towards the village of La Galga and following the secondary road through the settlement, where the parking area is located.

Mirador de Izcagua

Mirador de Izcagua stands in the El Pinar area of Puntagorda, in the north-west of La Palma, right beside the Mercadillo del Agricultor farmers' market. The website of the La Palma Biosphere Reserve presents it as a set of floating viewpoints: walkways edged with glass railings that reach out over the ravine and give a sensation of flight. It is reached by car from the village centre heading north, along the camino del Pinar.
