Ferienhaus Bio Finca Casa Cueva del Agua
Holiday accommodation on the organic Finca Los Hondos, in the hamlet of Cueva de Agua, in the municipality of Garafía in the north of La Palma. The main building is a nineteenth century Canarian country house of stone walls and pine wood, standing at 350 metres, with views over the Barranco del Atajo and the sea. It offers two double bedrooms for up to four guests, a large kitchen, a living room with a wood stove and three terraces.

The house keeps its original structure of stone and hand worked pine, and is one of the last historic buildings in the area to survive in good condition. It has two double bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a living room with a wood stove, a desk with fast wifi and three terraces, two of them facing the sea.
Fifty metres further down stands El Pajero, a one bedroom bungalow with a futon on tatami mats, a rain shower and a small outdoor kitchen. The land has been farmed under permaculture for more than twenty years, without artificial fertiliser or herbicides, and yields olives, oranges and herbs with medicinal properties. Garafía is a starting point for the footpaths that cross La Palma, through ravines, woodland and volcanic scenery.
