Scubafriends Tenerife
Scubafriends Tenerife is a PADI 5 Star IDC dive centre in the SalYTien shopping centre in Las Américas, Adeje. It offers try dives, guided dives, snorkelling and PADI courses from Scuba Diver up to instructor level, as well as Tec Rec technical training. Groups are kept to five or six people for courses and dives alike, and Course Director Salvatore, who lives in Tenerife, tailors each course to the student.

Scubafriends Tenerife is a PADI 5 Star IDC centre authorised by the Canary Islands government, based in the SalYTien shopping centre in Las Américas, Adeje, with underground parking a few metres away. It offers try dives for people meeting the sea for the first time, guided dives for certified divers, snorkelling trips and PADI courses from Scuba Diver up to instructor, always in groups of five or six.
As an instructor development centre, it runs professional courses such as Divemaster and the IDC, which Course Director Salvatore adapts to each student. The owner is a PADI Course Director and PADI TecRec Instructor with Trimix 66 certification, and the centre also teaches Tec Rec technical diving. Other activities in Tenerife round out the offer, including surfing, paragliding and freediving courses, along with a holiday home and packages with accommodation.

Its own website sets the trip out in several formats: short runs along the Adeje coast, a mid length option and a longer crossing up to Masca and Los Gigantes, with pick up available from the north of the island as well.
