Mercadillo del Agricultor El Palmar
Set in the El Palmar valley, within the municipality of Buenavista del Norte, this farmers market brings together growers from the Ycoden Daute district in the far north west of Tenerife. It comes alive on Sunday mornings, when you buy straight from the people who work the land, with the Teno massif rising behind the stalls. The feel is small and local: unhurried, neighbourly, built around what the fields gave that week.
