In ‘Adulto Responsable’, Manuel Ángel Redondo presents a brand-new stand-up and crowd-work show about that strange social experiment called adulthood. It is about trying to become a functioning person while life piles on bills, anxiety, therapy, relationships, ageing parents, existential doubts and the constant suspicion that nobody really knows what they are doing.
With new material and audience interaction at every show, the theatre turns into a gathering of friends discussing parenthood, family, God, trauma and the fear of slowly turning into one’s own parents. The show is part of Reíslas, the 8 islas comedy festival, and is for ages 16 and over, with general admission at 30 €. It takes place on Wednesday 25 November 2026 from 20:30 to 22:00 at the Paraninfo ULL in San Cristóbal de La Laguna.
