Guachinche La Maestra

Guachinche La Maestra is a guachinche in Las Chafiras, San Miguel de Abona, in the south of Tenerife, serving Canarian home cooking since 1995.

Its dishes include pulpo, pulpo frito, croquetas, cachopo, cordon bleu, milanesa, huevos rotos, champiñones rellenos and ropa vieja, alongside specialities such as cochinillo confitado, matured chuletón and codillo asado with pepper sauce.

It combines traditional recipes with a contemporary twist and has air conditioning and parking.
