Guachinche El Divorcio

A traditional, very welcoming guachinche in the centre of La Orotava, next to Avenida Mercedes Pinto de Armas, reached through the passage of a finca. It has a picturesque dining room and an open-air terrace.

The menu features classic Canarian dishes: fresh or grilled cheese, dressed tomatoes, escaldón, chickpeas, fish croquettes and fritters, carne fiesta, stewed octopus, and goat meat on Fridays. The wine is the estate's own red; they tend to close when it runs out and reopen with the new harvest. Informal service, the bill given by word of mouth, and cash only.
