El Invernadero is a fully vegan and fully gluten-free restaurant in Llanos Pelados, in the municipality of Puerto del Rosario. Much of what it serves grows on its own farm, the rest is local and organic where possible, and the menu changes with the season and the harvest.
The garden and the farm are part of the visit, and the restaurant runs on solar power. In 2026 it won the Canary Islands regional award of the Premios Hostelería #PorElClima for its environmental commitment.
