Baobab is a completely vegan restaurant on Calle José Segura Torres in the centre of Corralejo. The menu includes falafel, tofu bolognese, pesto arancini and burgers made from lentils and mushrooms, Heura or chickpea tempeh.
There are raw vegan dishes too, such as a green soup and a cashew cheesecake, and the desserts change daily, often including a banoffee made with Canarian bananas. Tables are booked by phone or WhatsApp.
