Mirador de Veneguera
Free roadside viewpoint over the Veneguera ravine on the GC-200 between Mogán and La Aldea; it is often very windy.
Mirador de Veneguera looks out over the Veneguera ravine from the GC-200 road, in the municipality of Mogán. It commands one of the least built up ravines in south west Gran Canaria, with the view running open to the sea. It is a regular stop on the scenic drive between Mogán and La Aldea de San Nicolás.
Access is free and unrestricted around the clock, with room to pull in at the roadside. Visitors warn that the wind here is usually strong, so hold on to car doors, hats and tripods. The GC-200 is one bend after another: if you are in a hurry, or travelling with someone prone to car sickness, allow plenty of extra time.

It belongs to the island network of sixteen astronomical viewpoints.
