Mirador de Archipenque
Viewpoint on the TF-454 road, on the descent towards Puerto Santiago in the municipality of Santiago del Teide. It looks out over the Los Gigantes cliffs and the coastal town with its marina; to the right stands the lighthouse of Punta de Teno, and on clear evenings La Gomera appears on the horizon. There is parking and an interpretation panel.
Mirador de Archipenque sits on the TF-454 road at kilometre point 6+000, on the descent towards Puerto Santiago in the municipality of Santiago del Teide. From here the view takes in the Los Gigantes cliffs and the coastal town itself, with its marina and tourist settlements.
To the right, at the far end of the island, the lighthouse of Punta de Teno stands out, and on clear evenings La Gomera appears on the horizon at sunset. The viewpoint has parking, wheelchair access and an interpretation panel; there is no bus stop.
