Viewpoint and visitor centre at the gateway to the Anaga Rural Park, amid laurel forest and overlooking the La Laguna valley.
Mirador Cruz del Carmen sits at the heart of the Anaga Rural Park, a Biosphere Reserve. From its balcony you overlook the La Laguna valley and, on clear days, much of northern Tenerife.
Beside the viewpoint there is a visitor centre and the start of several trails that lead into the laurisilva, a humid laurel forest of great ecological value. It is one of the most popular starting points for walking in Anaga.
