Islas24

The Mirador Cruz de Tejeda is a summit viewpoint at 1,580 metres of altitude, in the geographic centre of Gran Canaria. From here the views open onto the sacred roques of Nublo and Bentayga and across the island's mountainous interior, a landscape that sums up the heart of the summit.

On clear days the Teide of Tenerife stands out in the distance above the sea. The viewpoint sits next to the Parador Nacional de Cruz de Tejeda and is the starting point for many summit hiking routes, so it works both for a quick stop and for setting off on a walk.
