Playa Corralejo

The town beach of Corralejo's old quarter, on the northern tip of Fuerteventura. Fine golden sand, a gently shelving bottom and water sheltered by the Muelle Chico breakwater, with the seafront promenade and its terraces a few steps behind. The Bocaina strait opens up in front: Isla de Lobos sits about five kilometres out and the Lanzarote coastline closes the horizon. The ferry terminals are four hundred metres away, and the dune park starts just south of town.
