Finca Yphys
Finca Yphys is a rural property in Güímar, on the south eastern side of Tenerife, less than twenty minutes by car from Santa Cruz. It covers a 10,000 square metre estate with a tropical garden and four separate houses: Casa del Sol, Casa Gara, Casa Efigenia and Casa Ludwig. Several have a private pool and a barbecue, pets are welcome, and you book through the website or on WhatsApp.

Four separate houses are let, each with its own private space. Casa del Sol has two double bedrooms, a private pool, a barbecue and a fenced area for pets. Casa Gara has two double bedrooms, a private pool and a portable barbecue. Casa Efigenia has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a terrace opening onto the tropical garden. Casa Ludwig has a main bedroom with a hydromassage bath, two double bedrooms and a large living room. There is wifi across the estate and pets are welcome. You book on the website, which also carries a virtual tour, or on WhatsApp.
