Bodegas Monje is a family-run winery in El Sauzal, on the northern coast of Tenerife, whose winemaking tradition the family traces back to the mid-18th century. Its vines grow on volcanic soil and yield red, white and rosé wines, along with its own craft beer (Enoloca) and a range of gourmet products such as vinegars, preserves, honeys, chocolates and salts.
The winery has built up a wide wine-tourism offer: tastings, Wine & Tours experiences, a wine club and a restaurant with a terrace facing the Teide. Among its most distinctive activities is the Vinotinte workshop, devoted to dyeing textiles naturally with vine products. It stands on Camino Cruz de Leandro, in the municipality of El Sauzal.
