A young man of our time ventures into an old abandoned house and finds some old photos of the family who lived there. Picking them up, he is carried back to 1930 and becomes witness to a macabre night: after the family's only son dies of typhus, his sister meets him through esotericism, and he asks for a sacrifice within the family so that he can cross over to heaven. The idea drives the family to madness, yet they cannot bear to leave their son in limbo. According to the synopsis, Spain's first murder linked to esotericism took place in Telde in 1930.

The performing arts piece is staged at the Espacio Cultural Jesús Arencibia, the new venue paying tribute to the Gran Canarian painter regarded as a reference figure for Tamaraceite, on Avenida 8 de Marzo in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is organised by the City Council's Culture Department and Promoción de la Ciudad. Tickets cost 10 €, there are 355 places, and the performance runs until 21:30. Thursday 19 November 2026 at 20:00.
