The eighth production by Trencadís Produccions focuses on memory, remembrance and cultural heritage. The heroine believed her grandmother's old stories would always be there, that she could ask a thousand more times for the apple pie recipe, her cousins' birthdays or the details of the day her grandmother met her grandfather.
An unexpected diagnosis shakes the grandmother's memory and awakens in the granddaughter the need to know more: how her grandparents met and why the tale of Sleeping Beauty mattered so much to them. Children in the audience will recognise characters such as the King, the Queen, Princess Aurora, the forest fairies, Prince Alberto and Maléfica. The show takes place at the Teatro Víctor Jara in Vecindario (Santa Lucía de Tirajana). Recommended age: 3 and over. Running time: 80 minutes. Latecomers are not admitted once the show has started. Tickets: 15 €. The performance is on Sunday 24 January 2027 at 12:00.
