Fuerteventura Buceo Diving Center
Fuerteventura Buceo is a PADI certified dive centre in Morro Jable, on the Jandía peninsula in the south of Fuerteventura. Trips run on the centre's own boat, Diving my Life, which leaves from Morro Jable with a certified dive guide and a choice of one or two dives. The programme covers try dives for people with no experience from the age of ten, PADI courses at every level and snorkelling outings along the Jandía coast.
The centre runs dives, courses and try dives on the Veril de Jandía, the underwater drop-off that follows the south of Fuerteventura. Outings leave from Morro Jable on the boat Diving my Life with a certified dive guide, and divers choose whether to make one or two dives. The sites worked include Veril Grande, Veril Chico, El Cañón with its field of multicoloured anemones, Bancos de Mejillones and Faro de Jandía.
Training follows the PADI system and covers every level, with theory sessions, practice in the water and boat trips out of Morro Jable; the centre supplies the full set of equipment. The try dive is made from the boat, asks for no previous experience and has a minimum age of ten years, with gear and insurance provided by the centre. The snorkelling outing visits selected stretches of the Jandía coast and is aimed at families.
