Aquarius Dive Center is based in El Fraile, Arona, close to Las Galletas harbour, where its boat dives set off. Boat diving is the centre's main focus: small groups, short transfers, detailed briefings and dive sites chosen to match each diver's certification level and comfort as well as the day's conditions. Shore dives are added when they suit the diver and the sea. The centre traces its approach to decades of diving in cold water, poor visibility, wrecks, under ice and in technical environments before it settled in Tenerife.
Newcomers can start with Discover Scuba Diving, supervised personally by a PADI professional, and there are snorkelling trips as well. As a PADI 5-Star IDC centre it teaches everything from Bubblemaker and Open Water to Rescue Diver and Divemaster, plus specialties such as wreck, deep, enriched air, night and sidemount diving. It is also a PADI TecRec centre with more than 25 years of technical diving experience and Tec 40, Tec 45 and Tec 50 courses, and as a Scubapro Demo Center it dives with SCUBAPRO and SEALIFE equipment.
