Mercadillo de Haría

A craft market on Plaza León y Castillo in Haría, in the north of Lanzarote, held under the big shade trees that fill the square. Just over twenty stalls sell island-made craft work: embroidery, jewellery, hats, crochet, bow ties and leather wallets, along with local produce such as cheeses, breads, sweets, fruit and vegetables, aloe vera, wines, liqueurs and mojo sauces. Live music is usually part of it.
