Samelo is a fully vegan and gluten-free restaurant in Los Abrigos, in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona. Valentina and Diego opened it in La Tejita in 2014, and the cooking is done by hand from fresh local produce, with a menu that changes with the seasons.
On weekdays there is a set lunch menu; at weekends it is à la carte only. Dishes are adapted for allergies and intolerances, pets are welcome, and they also offer catering.
