Quesería Montesdeoca
Artisan goat cheese dairy in Tijoco Bajo, in the mid-hills of Adeje, faithful to the pastoral tradition of southern Tenerife.

In the mid-hills of Adeje, beside the TF-82 road that climbs through Tijoco Bajo, Quesería Montesdeoca crafts goat cheese by hand from the milk of its own herds. The livestock and cheese-making tradition of southern Tenerife shows in every piece, from fresh cheese to cured varieties.
The mountain setting, with views over the valley and the sea, accompanies a production that preserves the methods inherited from Canarian pastoral culture. Here the visitor comes close to the origin of the product and to the craft that shapes one of the island's most recognised flavours.
