Restaurant serving traditional Gomeran cuisine with a creative touch, next to Playa de La Cueva in San Sebastián de La Gomera. The menu is built on family recipes and locally sourced ingredients: starters such as almogrote, ceviche or potajes, soupy rice dishes and fresh fish depending on the market, and meats like black pork, confit lamb or beef cheeks. It makes artisan desserts (gofio entre mieles, cakes, mousses) and ages its meats in-house. Reservations accepted.
