The Museo de la Ciencia y el Cosmos is the leading science museum in the Canary Islands, run by the Cabildo de Tenerife and the Canary Islands Institute of Astrophysics. Its hands-on approach lets visitors experience the laws that govern nature for themselves.
Highlights include a planetarium, logic games, optical illusions and the chance to touch a real meteorite. It is a particularly good visit for families with children.
