The Centro de Interpretación de los Molinos is located in Tiscamanita, in the municipality of Tuineje (Fuerteventura), and is devoted to the history of the island's grain-milling systems.
Its exhibition covers all the methods used to grind grain —mortars, hand mills, windmills, tahonas and molinas— and their link with gofio and with the cereals grown on the island since prehistoric times. The centre keeps a working windmill that lets visitors feel the force of the wind and understand the agricultural and culinary heritage of Fuerteventura.
It offers visits, venue hire for events and a shop, both physical and online, called "Recuerdos de Fuerteventura".
