La Abejera de Ecoalpispa

La Abejera de Ecoalpispa is an organic beekeeping and agritourism project in the north of Tenerife. It opened in 2020 as the first place in the Canary Islands dedicated specifically to wild and honey bees.
It offers guided tours of the hives and the farm, in-person and online beekeeping courses, educational talks and school activities. Its shop gathers sustainable products such as organic honey, beeswax food wraps and Canarian crafts. It holds EU-certified organic production and won Spain's 2020 National Young Entrepreneurs Award (Injuve).
