Finca Ayala is an organic farm in El Madroñal, in the municipality of Santa Brígida, at around 650 metres of altitude. It grows seasonal fruit, vegetables, aromatic plants and beekeeping products, certified organic since 1992.
The farm runs a shop for direct sales, offers guided tours of its crops and provides rural accommodation, as well as hosting events. Its focus is kilometre-zero production and sustainable practices.
