The text is written from the lines of the character of Poncia in the play by Federico García Lorca: a close reading that recovers her words and turns them into reflection, soliloquy and dialogue with ghosts and shadows. Nothing here follows the chronological order of the original, because Poncia speaks after the suicide of Adela, and she speaks of freedom, guilt, class, education and sex.
