Memoria de pez is a theatrical adventure for families that invites the audience to travel through memory and art inside a fishbowl where reality and imagination swim together. Inspired by the "Gran Teatro de la Pescadería", a series of comic sheets that Galdós himself drew as a young man, this original play tells the story of Martina and what happens when she dares to put her imagination at the service of memory.
The play pays tribute to those who create art and keep it alive (artists, audiences and all kinds of fish) and to the value of an invisible shared legacy. There is a second performance on 13 December at 12:00. This performance takes place in the Sala Principal of the Teatro Pérez Galdós, on Plaza Stagno in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, on Saturday 12 December 2026 at 18:00.
