Gran Cabalgata del Carnaval de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria 2027verified

The Grand Parade is the main gathering point of the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Carnival and is usually held on the final weekend of the festivities. According to the official Carnival website, the city comes to a standstill and gives in to its pulling power: more than 100,000 masked revellers and around a hundred decorated cars and floats accompany the Queen, the Drag Queen and the Gran Dama to the rhythm of the music. It is the event that links the Carnival to tradition and to the public, and the most spontaneous and best-attended of the whole programme.

The 2027 parade takes place on Saturday 20 February 2027 at 16:00. The route runs from Plaza Ingeniero Manuel Becerra, in the La Isleta district, to Parque San Telmo, covering more than seven kilometres across the city. The 2026 edition featured an appearance by Quevedo. The event is organised by Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City Council and the final route is published on lpacarnaval.com.
