Flores, ¿a qué suena la naturaleza? – Festival VanBonnverified
As part of Festival VanBonn, the Teatro Pérez Galdós in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria presents Flores, ¿a qué suena la naturaleza?, an immersive, sensory concert for children aged 0 to 3. Dance, music, singing and opera come together, directed by José Carlos Campos, to trace the history of music through the sounds of nature, with several performances on the same day.
Flores, ¿a qué suena la naturaleza? (Flowers, what does nature sound like?) blends live music, dance and black-light theatre into a magical world where nature and the audience take centre stage: a bouquet of bellflowers, lilacs, violets and roses welcomes the children on lotus leaves. José Carlos Campos directs and acts, alongside tenor Manuel Gómez Ruiz, dancer Sergio Pérez and pianist Nauzet Mederos. The programme includes pieces by Roger Quilter, Benjamin Britten, Alessandro Scarlatti, Robert Schumann, Edvard Grieg and Nadia Boulanger.
This family show within Festival VanBonn is designed for children aged 0 to 3 and takes place in the Sala de Ensayos of the Teatro Pérez Galdós in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, lasting 30 minutes without a break. This performance is on Saturday 5 December 2026 at 18:00.
