Canarias UP! is a Canary Islands government project, backed by the regional ministry of economy, industry, trade and the self-employed and organised by Fauca, that travels to all seven islands between October and December 2026 to bring trade, business and innovation closer to people. It brings together four strands: Caffest, the Canary Islands coffee festival, with brunch culture, barista shows, a DJ and music; Somos lo que Comemos, cooking shows by young Canarian chefs with flower cheeses and island fruit; TecnoUp!, where Canarian developers show their video games and other work; and UpMarket!, a market with products and brands from local businesses.
