See You Diving Tenerife - PADI 5 Star
See You Diving is a PADI 5-Star dive centre in Los Cristianos, in the south of Tenerife, a few steps from the harbour where its boat trips start. It offers try dives in the pool or from the beach, guided dives, PADI courses and snorkelling with turtles, with a marine biologist explaining the life of the ocean. A marine biology internship, including underwater sampling, is also part of the programme.
See You Diving is based in Los Cristianos, in the municipality of Arona, and dives both from the beach and from the boat along the coast of Tenerife. Boat trips leave from Los Cristianos harbour, a few steps from the centre, and reach the Palm-Mar area after a few minutes at sea. For shore dives the nearest beach is Las Vistas, where courses, snorkelling, diving and night snorkelling take place, and the team's van reaches other spots around the island. Divers use new CRESSI equipment, and a marine biologist on site shares facts and curiosities about ocean life.
Beginners can start with a pool session five minutes from the centre or with a beach try dive of 45 minutes underwater to a maximum depth of 12 metres. The centre teaches PADI Scuba Diver, Open Water, Advanced and Rescue, plus specialties such as buoyancy, night, nitrox and deep diving to 40 metres, as well as refresher dives and guided dives for certified divers. Snorkelling with turtles includes an explanation of how to tell the species apart, and the internship combines diving, marine biology and underwater sampling. DAN dive insurance can also be arranged at the centre.
