Fine-dining restaurant on the seafront in Playa Blanca, in the municipality of Yaiza (Lanzarote). Its offering centres on a tasting menu based on local produce that reinterprets Canarian traditions in a contemporary key, drawing on the island's marine and volcanic surroundings. The space, integrated with the landscape, uses native materials such as volcanic rock, and features a wine cellar with wines from more than fifty countries and pairing options. It is recognised with a Michelin star and a Repsol Sun.
