The oldest winery in the Canary Islands grows its vines in La Geria's signature pits of volcanic ash, using organic and regenerative viticulture that cares for the soil and biodiversity. Much of its energy comes from solar panels, and it recovers the CO2 from fermentation. The visit walks you through the vineyard, makes sense of this singular landscape and offers a tasting of honest, volcanic wines.
