Guachinche El Humilde
A young guachinche in the heights of La Laguna, inside the Finca Manchón de las Flores in El Ortigal. Canarian cooking with local produce, and wide views over the northern slope from around seven hundred metres up. It opened in December 2025 and is their first and only premises, so it does not yet appear in the trade directories.

It is in El Ortigal, in the heights of La Laguna, inside the Finca Manchón de las Flores, and from there the view opens over the whole northern slope. The cooking is Canarian and made with local produce, along the lines you would expect from a guachinche, but in a higher and more open setting than most.
It is a new house: it opened in December 2025 and is its owners' first and only premises. That is why it is not yet in the guachinche directories or the collaborative maps, and information circulating online about this address may belong to earlier businesses on the same estate. To book, the phone is the reliable route.
