On the Acantilados de los Gigantes, with the sea as a backdrop, Cielo y Mar is one of those places where you don't have to choose between the views and the menu: you can point at any dish, because the whole kitchen is 100% gluten-free. Canarian and Mediterranean cooking, fresh fish and rice dishes, with gluten-free bread baked fresh and brought to you as you sit down.
