A café in Santa Cruz de Tenerife where the whole kitchen works gluten free, as the café itself explains. Since 2019 it has been serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and brunch, with specialty coffee and cakes the house presents as healthy. It also makes birthday cakes with no added sugar, runs baking workshops and takes on private events and outside catering.
Cachitos Realfood does not have a gluten free corner inside an ordinary menu: the whole kitchen works that way, and the café itself states there is no risk of traces. For anyone living with coeliac disease, that means ordering without going through every dish with the staff. The offer covers the whole day, from the breakfast specialty coffee to the afternoon snack, with brunch and cakes the house presents as healthy.
Beyond the table, the team runs baking workshops, makes birthday cakes with no added sugar and handles private events and catering. If you would rather stay in, orders arrive through Glovo and Uber Eats. In January 2026 the Televisión Canaria programme Como en Casa featured the café.
