Mirador de Igualero
Viewpoint at 1,300 metres over Valle Gran Rey and Garajonay Park.
In the heart of La Gomera, at around 1,300 metres and next to the church of San Francisco, this viewpoint offers wide views of Valle Gran Rey and Garajonay National Park. It is presided over by a monument to Silbo Gomero, the island's whistled language, and its location away from artificial light also makes it an excellent spot for stargazing. There is a parking area and a picnic zone to enjoy the surroundings at leisure.
