Interactive science and technology museum in Parque Santa Catalina, with a digital planetarium and 3D cinema.
Housed in the historic building of the Elder Dempster shipping company, this museum spreads across four floors devoted to physics, mathematics, biology, astronomy and technology. Many of its exhibits are hands-on, which makes it a firm favourite with families.
Highlights include the digital planetarium, the large-format 3D cinema and displays such as a fighter aircraft and a marine engine model. Its setting in Parque Santa Catalina places it right in the port heart of the city.
