Playa del Burrero
A beach on the coast of Ingenio, in the south-eastern sector of Gran Canaria, running for about 500 metres over sand and pebbles. The official Gran Canaria tourism portal considers it well suited to sailing and windsurfing because of the wind and the swell in the area. Ingenio council keeps a lifeguard and surveillance post here during the summer season, along with public toilets, an environmental education room and sports facilities.

Playa del Burrero lies in the south-eastern sector of Gran Canaria, in the municipality of Ingenio, and extends for roughly 500 metres. It is a beach of sand and pebbles, and the official Gran Canaria tourism portal describes it as well suited to sailing and windsurfing because of the wind and the swell of the area.
Ingenio council manages the setting through its beaches department. There is a surveillance and lifeguard post during the summer season, along with public toilets, an environmental education room, a civic centre and sports facilities. The council also keeps the beach within the Blue Flag programme and runs a summer campaign of environmental education and action here.
