Playa de Radazul
Black sand beach at Radazul, in the municipality of El Rosario. It combines two sheltered coves with an open bathing area, plus a solarium terrace, gardens and a playground.

Playa de Radazul, also listed as playa del Litoral del Rosario, is a black sand beach in the Radazul area of El Rosario, on Tenerife. It is not a single continuous strip: it consists of two small sheltered coves and an open bathing area facing the sea. That layout matters for swimming, because the water inside the coves stays noticeably calmer while the open stretch is exposed to the swell of the open ocean, something worth weighing up with children or with limited sea experience.
The setting is built up and includes a children's playground, gardens and a solarium terrace next to the water. Two parking options serve the beach, a public car park and a private one beside the marina, which makes arriving by car straightforward even in the busier months. From the shore the view opens along the coastline of the Güímar valley. Its position close to the metropolitan area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife makes it a practical swimming stop on this side of the island.
