Piscinas Naturales de Charco Azul
A complex of sea-water natural pools carved into the volcanic rock of northern La Palma, in San Andrés y Sauces.

Charco Azul is a set of natural pools carved into the volcanic rock of La Palma's north coast, named for the intense turquoise blue of its water against the black lava. It features a large main pool with jumping platforms, a children's pool and the Charco de las Damas.
After a refurbishment it offers steps, railings, showers, changing rooms, green areas and parking, making it one of the best bathing spots in the municipality of San Andrés y Sauces. Summer is the best time to visit.
Did you know? The municipality of San Andrés y Sauces is home to the Los Tilos forest, declared in 1983 the first Biosphere Reserve of the Canary Islands by UNESCO.
