Los Charcones
A cluster of volcanic natural pools on the southwest coast of Lanzarote, near Playa Blanca.

Los Charcones is a set of natural pools shaped by wave erosion on solidified lava, on the southwest coast of Lanzarote, halfway between the Pechiguera lighthouse and the Salinas de Janubio, very close to Playa Blanca.
They are among the most photographed pools on the island, with turquoise-toned water set among dark rock. Access is via poorly marked dirt tracks, which preserves their wild, quiet character, though caution is essential around the sea and the tides.
