Finca Tamaragua
Finca Tamaragua is a guest house in El Islote, in the municipality of San Bartolomé, in the centre of Lanzarote. It is built on a lava flow in a quiet residential area beside the vineyards of La Geria and Timanfaya National Park. It has double rooms and studios, a shared freshwater pool, a barbecue area, a garden and a yoga space, and it rents out e-bikes. Its central position puts most of the island within a short drive.
Finca Tamaragua is a guest house in El Islote, a quiet residential area in the municipality of San Bartolomé, built on a lava flow at the edge of two of Lanzarote's best-known protected areas: the vineyards of La Geria and Timanfaya National Park. Its five units are named after places on the island, such as Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua, La Geria, La Santa and Famara Beach, and range from double rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen to studios with their own bathroom and kitchen and a suite with a private terrace.
The shared areas include a freshwater pool, a barbecue and outdoor dining area, a garden, a kitchen with a water refill station and a space for yoga or exercise. The house offers a laundry service, e-bike rental, massages and yoga classes three times a week in German, English and Spanish, booked in advance. The airport is about 20 minutes away, Famara beach 15 and Teguise 10, and having a car is recommended.
