Finca Ecológica Alma de Trevejos

Alma de Trevejos is an organic estate with its own winery in La Escalona (Vilaflor), at around 1,200 metres above sea level in the south of Tenerife. The original winery dates back to 1950; in 1985 Antonio Tavío acquired the property and expanded it from the initial 45,000 m² to today's 200,000 m².

The estate produces D.O. Abona wines from traditional Canarian grape varieties such as Listán Blanco, Listán Negro and Negramoll. It also grows a wide range of fruit trees (pears, apples, almonds, cherries, figs, walnuts, chestnuts) and keeps local breeds such as the Canarian black pig and Herreño sheep.
